Our culinary offerings are diverse, ranging from hearty breakfasts and private dining experiences, to delightful picnics, elegant afternoon teas, and delectable seasonal menus. For a more intimate dining experience, savour dinner on the terrace or opt for in-room dining.

For those on shorter visits, enjoy a leisurely moment with Cake and Coffee mornings in the cozy atmosphere of the Bar, the Library or our Adams-style ceiling adorned lounge areas.

Dinner: 6pm- 8.30pm

Excellent

Three couples went to Saltmarshe Hall 29th and 30th December. The Hall is amazing and steeped in history which the general manager gave us some information on. We also got a book with a history on the Hall which was very helpful. We had lovely rooms. I stayed in the Howdenshire room which was amazing. The food was excellent and staff where very helpful. The reception manager and the general manager were most helpful and attended to all our needs.

Fantastic Night at Saltmarsh Hall

We had an amazing meal at Saltmarsh with perfectly cooked Scallops, wonderful local lamb and delicious desserts. There were quite a few options on the menu ......... most of which i would have liked to try. The food is out of this world and highly recommended (Michelin star standard in my opinion)). The setting is beautiful and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. We'll definitely be returning for more visits

Afternoon tea well worth a visit.

Lovely afternoon tea. Saltmarshe Hall is well off the "beaten track ", but with satnav we found it! The hall is surrounded by stunning grounds with a view of The Ouse. It was a cold day but the hall was lovely and warm as was our welcome. We were shown to the dining room which had a very relaxed atmosphere and roaring log fire.
The afternoon tea was well presented and ample accompanied by glass of champagne.
The experience was a gift from our daughter. Would definitely recommend.

We had Afternoon Tea for Two. It was delightful. Everything was fresh and homemade. The building is gorgeous and the grounds were lovely to walk around (even on a cold and wet day)
